His most famous roles include Don Keefer in HBO's The Newsroom and Matt Short in Life in Pieces, a sitcom television show. Sadoski began dating actress Amanda Seyfried in early-2016. On September 12 the 12th of September, 2016, they became engaged. They were married on March 12, 2017. Seyfried and Sadoski were expecting their second child in the month of September in 2020. Sadoski is also a board member of INARA. The charity helps children who are displaced get medical treatment they need, following injuries related to conflict. He is also an ambassador for the non-profit organizations War Child USA and War Child Canada, serving on the advisory board for the non-profit Fortify Rights and a board member emeritus of the non-profit Refugees International
